There’s an art exhibit that attracts about 150 exhibitors that show drawings, paintings, jewelry, sculptures and more. The Painesville Party in the Park: The party is taking place on July 16-18 in Veteran’s Park, 7 Richmond Street. There will be three stages that will have reggae, jazz, folk, soul and funk bands playing continuously throughout the day and night. The beer garden offers domestic and micro brews and there’s plenty of shopping, demonstrations and activities for the kids. This is a free event that starts at noon on Friday and ends at 11:00pm on Sunday.

The Cuyahoga County Fair: The fair runs August 9-15 at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, 164 Eastland Road, Berea. Attendees can expect 20 midway rides, 100 food stands, animals, exhibits, bull riding, country music, arts and crafts, a beer garden, shops, a demolition derby and fireworks.
