Join us on Saturday, April 27th from 11 am – 4 pm at the 2024 Belmont County Heritage Trail/Rubberneck Tour. Spend the day enjoying stunning views, historical sites, and Belmont County heritage while driving along our scenic backroads.
This self-guided driving tour will feature points of interest through the Blaine, Martins Ferry, and Bellaire areas. With its beginnings as a tour of the local farms and homesteads in 1971, the tour changes each year.
The 2024 Heritage Trail/Rubberneck Tour will feature the Blaine Hill “S” Bridge, Sedgwick House Museum, Walnut Grove Cemetery, Imperial Glass Museum, Union Park in Bellaire, the Great Stone Viaduct, and the Willow Grove Mine Memorial in Neffs.
This family-friendly event is free to the community and stops along the route will include activities, demonstrations, and food trucks

Run For The Wall is an annual motorcycle ride with a mission to promote healing among all veterans and their families and friends, to call for an accounting of all Prisoners of War and those Missing In Action (POW/MIA), to honor the memory of those Killed in Action (KIA) from all wars, and to support our military personnel all over the world. The stop in St. Clairsville, Ohio will include a ceremony honoring our military hosted by the city of St. Clairsville.
