The Elk Country Visitor Center is the premier location for seeing elk in their natural setting. Located in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Elk Country, it is the home to the largest elk herd in the northeastern United States. The Visitor Center provides year-round opportunities to see and hear these animals from viewing areas and our indoor Great Room.

The Visitor Center was designed for visitors of all ages. It offers interactive panels and educational displays rich with wildlife knowledge. The Great Room features hands-on exhibits, indoor observation area and a cozy fireplace where guests can gather and relax.
